Products/BE Internet
Business NBN, backup internet and private site-to-site links, with managed routers monitored by the team that runs the voice network.
How a site goes live
What the NBN can do there, and what the backup should be.
Pre-configured, with the backup link already in it.
The site comes up, and the phones come with it.
Failover, alerts and fixes from the same desk as your calls.
What's in it
Each piece is sold on its own; together they are the line under the phone system.
A second path that takes over in seconds, so a dropped line is not a closed shop.
MoreSecure links between your sites, without the public internet in the middle.
MoreCall quality is shaped on the router, so BE Voice sounds right under load.
MoreThe same Australian desk that runs the network takes the call.
